Baby Bircher.

Serves 2.

8 months+

DF. RSF. Vegan. GF option

4 tbsp of quick oats or rolled quinoa

1-2 tsp of chia seeds or flaxmeal

1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt

Pinch of cinnamon

Grated apple or fresh/defrosted berries, crushed or mashed banana

Optional: 1 tsp of hemp seeds

Roughly 1/2 cup of oat/almond/coconut milk

Prepare the day/night before or 15 mins before serving. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir through the milk and yoghurt then add the fruit. Transfer into a small container or bowl and allow to set for at least 10 minutes.
